1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged upon arrival.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The item has a manufacturing defect.

  • The product is significantly different from its description.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Personal care and hygiene products.

  • Beauty and cosmetic products that have been opened or used.

  • Undergarments and intimate apparel.

  • Perishable goods.

  • Gift cards.

  • Digital products or downloadable content.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photos or videos showing the product and packaging.

We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

4. Change of Mind

As a dropshipping business, we generally do not accept returns due to:

  • Change of mind.

  • Ordering the wrong item.

  • No longer wanting the product.

Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion. If approved, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

5. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team.

  2. Wait for return authorization before sending any item.

  3. Follow the return instructions provided.

  4. Ship the item to the return address supplied by our support team.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

6. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they are processed for shipment.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

8. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

  • If the return is for any other approved reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

9. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order appears lost or has exceeded the estimated delivery time, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.

10. Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery or provides an incorrect shipping address resulting in the package being returned or discarded, shipping charges and any applicable handling fees may be deducted from any eligible refund.

11. Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve it promptly.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be disputed with the payment provider using shipment tracking, order records, and communication history.
