  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship to all major cities and regions within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days

  • Shipping Time: 5–12 business days

  • Total Estimated Delivery: 6–15 business days

Shipping Charges

Order Tracking

Multiple Packages

Some orders may be shipped separately from different warehouses. If this happens, you may receive multiple tracking numbers and your items may arrive on different days.

Customs & Duties

For orders delivered within Saudi Arabia, customers are generally not required to pay additional customs duties. If any government-imposed fees or charges apply under exceptional circumstances, they remain the responsibility of the customer.
